On behalf of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute, Australia we cordially invite all students at your school to participate in the ANCQ-2017.
ANCQ-2016 was extremely well received attracting over 100,000 entries from levels 7-12, representing around 1500 schools throughout the 20 participating countries including India. From India around 30,000 students of over 300 schools participated. This year five more countries are going to participate in ANCQ- 2017. The new entrant countries are Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and United Arab Emirates.
The Quiz does not set out to test any specific science or chemistry syllabus and it is not designed to find the best chemistry student as well. However, I hope participation in this activity stimulates these younger students to a realization of the important role that chemistry plays in many of the fundamental processes which they encounter in their science course and in many aspects of everyday life.
Students are only competing against students from their own level in their own Country.
